How can I cancel my order?

What if I receive the wrong product?
Please email us at coeurpuruk@gmail.com with an image of the product you received and a screenshot of the receipt that contains the product that you paid for.
Do you offer exchanges for faulty items?

How do I return my product?

How do I care for my product?
All headwear items should be kept in it's box so it doesn't collect dust.
All clothing should be washed and ironed inside out.
What if I don't want my product anymore?
You have 14 days to return the product. After this period ends refunds and returns are no longer accepted.
